Your journey, day by day

Day 1Arrival and Ganga Darshan

Received at Dehradun and welcomed to your DharmikStay with a herbal drink and a sankalpa for the days ahead. As dusk falls, witness the divine Ganga Aarti at Har-ki-Pauri.

Day 2Yogic Awakening

Greet the sunrise with yoga and pranayama. A personal Ayurveda and lifestyle consultation sets your path of healing, followed by japa, rest and an evening of guided meditation.

Day 3Sacred Fire and Sadhana

After morning yoga, participate in a Rudrabhishek and havan with sankalpa, performed by learned priests. A Gita katha session deepens the wisdom, and the day eases into evening aarti.

Day 4Healing and Reflection

A gentle sunrise practice, restorative Ayurveda therapies, and unhurried hours beside the Ganga. The evening brings a spiritual discourse and silent meditation.

Day 5Shakti Darshan and Jyotish

Darshan at the hilltop shrines of Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi. After yoga, a Jyotish consultation offers kundli and dosha guidance, and the day closes with aarti.

Day 6Rishikesh Spiritual Heritage

Walk the living heritage of Rishikesh, Parmarth Niketan, Lakshman Jhula and the Beatles Ashram, with riverside meditation and a farewell satsang under the stars.

Day 7Departure with Blessings
