For founders, teams and CXOs
Stillness for those who decide for others
Three retreats for people carrying weight — a young venture, a team, or decisions that reach thousands. Built from the same devotional spine as every journey we run.
3 – 5 days · GR-05
Founder's Sankalpa Retreat
For those carrying a young venture, and the weight that comes with it.
Who it is for
Founders in the first years of building, when the decisions are constant, the outcome is uncertain, and there is nobody to hand any of it to. The Gita was written for exactly this problem — acting fully while releasing the claim on the result — and that is the text this retreat studies.
Who it is not for
This is not a founder offsite, an ideation sprint, or a place to work. Laptops stay shut. If the aim is strategy, a hotel will serve you better.
Focus areas it draws on
The shape of a day
- Before sunriseYoga and pranayama by the river, then japa in silence.
- MorningGita katha with a DharmikGuide scholar — one chapter, unhurried, on karma yoga and detachment from outcome.
- MiddaySatvik meal in silence, then Ayurvedic therapy against what building actually does to the body: sleep, digestion, the nervous system.
- AfternoonFree hours. No programme. This is the part most founders find hardest and need most.
- EveningGanga Aarti, then a scripture session and personal counsel with the scholar.
- NightYoga Nidra, and an early close.
What makes it devotional
A sankalpa, taken and sealed
The retreat opens with a sankalpa — an intention spoken before the fire — and closes with a havan in which it is offered. Not a goal-setting exercise. A vow, witnessed by a priest.
Gita on duty without attachment
Daily katha on karma yoga, read against the decisions you are actually carrying. The scholar knows what you are wrestling with; the text does the work.
Jyotish with kundli and dosha guidance
A personal consultation, with remedial guidance where the chart calls for it.
Ayurveda for the founder body
A doctor consultation and daily therapy aimed at sleep, digestion and stress load — the three things that go first.
Practical
- Solo founders are placed in single occupancy; a founding team can share.
- Phones are collected at the start of each session and returned after. Not enforced beyond that — the point is not surveillance.
- A shorter 3-day shape works for a first visit; 5 days is where the silence starts to do something.
- Priced per group on enquiry, since it varies with location, occupancy and how much of the scholar's time is one-to-one.

Corporate Sadhana Retreat
A team steps out of the working week and into a temple town.
Who it is for
Teams that want their offsite to mean something — an engineering group after a long release, a leadership layer that has stopped listening to each other, a company marking a milestone. It works best when the whole team goes, not a selected few.
Who it is not for
It is not a training programme and there are no sessions on communication or feedback. If you need facilitation, bring your own facilitator and use the mornings.
Focus areas it draws on
The shape of a day
- Before sunriseYoga and pranayama together — the whole team, one mat to the next, regardless of seniority.
- MorningGita katha on right action and duty, then a collective sankalpa for the day.
- MiddaySatvik meal, taken together and in silence for the first ten minutes.
- AfternoonTemple darshan with a DharmikGuide, or Ayurvedic therapy, by choice.
- EveningGanga Aarti as a group, then bhajan and an open circle.
- NightSound healing and Yoga Nidra.
What makes it devotional
One collective sankalpa
Taken on the first morning and offered in a havan on the last. A team intention, spoken aloud, in front of each other.
Scripture, not a workshop
Daily katha on dharma and right action, led by a scholar rather than a trainer. Nobody presents anything.
Darshan and aarti as a group
Attending aarti together, standing in the same crowd, does something an offsite dinner does not.
Digital silence between sessions
Agreed as a group on day one rather than imposed. Most teams keep it.
Practical
- Invoiced to the company. GST invoice issued against your GSTIN.
- Dietary requirements are handled — satvik throughout, and we will work around allergies and restrictions.
- Mixed seniority is the point. We do not run a separate track for leadership.
- Priced per group on enquiry, with a per-head band once we know the number and the nights.

CXO Dharma & Stillness Retreat
A private, unhurried retreat for those who decide for many.
Who it is for
Those carrying decisions that affect thousands of people, who cannot be seen to be uncertain, and who therefore have nowhere to be uncertain. The retreat is built around discretion and around genuine silence rather than a lighter schedule.
Who it is not for
It is not a luxury holiday with a yoga class attached. The days are austere by design and the food is simple.
Focus areas it draws on
The shape of a day
- Before sunrisePrivate yoga and pranayama, one-to-one.
- MorningPersonal Rudrabhishek or the puja your programme calls for, performed for you by name and gotra.
- Late morningOne-to-one scripture study — Gita, Upanishads or Shiva Mahapurana, chosen with the scholar.
- MiddaySatvik meal, then Panchakarma-based Ayurvedic therapy under a physician.
- AfternoonSilence. Not optional, not filled.
- EveningVIP darshan arranged around your schedule, then aarti.
- NightYoga Nidra and an early close.
What makes it devotional
Puja in your own name
Rudrabhishek and havan with sankalpa, performed by learned priests with your name and gotra — not attendance at a group ritual.
One-to-one with a scholar
A DharmikGuide scholar for the length of the stay, studying one text properly rather than sampling several.
Darshan without the queue
VIP darshan arranged around your schedule where the temple permits it, so the visit is contemplative rather than logistical.
Panchakarma under a physician
The therapeutic Ayurveda track, not the relaxation one. Seven days is where Panchakarma becomes worth doing.
Practical
- Single occupancy throughout. Discretion is assumed and never discussed.
- Seven days is recommended if Panchakarma is part of it; below that the therapies are restorative rather than therapeutic.
- Travel, reception and transfers are arranged end to end, including from abroad.
- Priced on enquiry. This one genuinely varies — by location, by length, and by how much of the physician's and scholar's time is exclusive.

All three are built to the group and priced on enquiry. A short conversation is usually enough for us to say which of the three fits, or that none of them does.
