Your journey, day by day
Day 1Arrival in Kerala
Received and welcomed to your DharmikStay amid coconut groves and calm waters. An evening lamp prayer and a satvik dinner to begin in peace.
Day 2Ayurveda Awakening
A detailed consultation with the Ayurveda physician and a dosha assessment chart your healing path. Sunrise yoga, the first therapies, and gentle meditation.
Day 3Detox and Sadhana
Abhyanga and cleansing therapies, pranayama, and a darshan at a revered Kerala temple, followed by a scripture katha and rest.
Day 4Deep Cleansing
Panchakarma therapies continue, balanced with silence, nature and a personal Jyotish consultation with dosha guidance.
Day 5Temple and Tradition
A blessed darshan at the Guruvayur Sri Krishna Temple, gentle yoga, and an evening of bhajan and devotion.
Day 6Restoration
Closing therapies, meditation by the backwaters, and a gratitude circle to seal the healing.
Day 7Departure
A sunrise practice and satvik breakfast, then a blessed farewell and transfer.

- Airfare and train tickets, domestic and international, we assist with booking, charged at actuals
- Visa fees and travel insurance, where applicable
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone, minibar and shopping
- Additional pujas, special sevas and donations beyond those specified in your programme
- Spa or Ayurvedic therapies not listed in your chosen programme
- Any cost arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, roadblocks or temple closures

Joining from abroad
In what language are the sessions held?
Tell us the language you are most comfortable in when you reserve, and we will confirm how the facilitator will guide your group. Sanskrit words are explained as we go. If you are new to these practices, or to India, say so and we will look after you.
Do you arrange visas?
No. Visas and travel to India are your own responsibility. We are happy to answer questions about the day itself.
How do I pay from abroad?
International cards and bank transfer are accepted. The exact way to pay is confirmed with you on WhatsApp or email when your place is confirmed. Prices are charged in INR.
